THE NEW THING
There is something about beginnings that is interesting. Other than the fact that it translates to newness, it provides fresh opportunities for tremendous achievements and expressions. While some people believe ‘beginning’ is tiring, akin to the revving of an automobile engine requiring much energy which might eventually leave one dissipated or worn-out, others are simply excited at the concept of freshness which comes along with it. Needless to highlight the new resolutions that come with new year’s, new set of values at the beginning of a new job and workplace, new routines with the breaking of new dawn etc. There is just something about Beginnings. Simply exciting. The Scripture gushes about new beginnings and we are totally sold on it. For us at the King’s Heritage, you can be sure that we are in high spirit. Figuratively speaking, this is us by default, but asides that, we are more excited and super set for the new beginning that has come upon us. Our fourth service begins! Sunday the 5th of June 2022 will remain another indelible date in our lives. As the song goes “…What we are waiting for has come to pass, see what the Lord has done.” Indeed, it’s the Lord’s doing and we are nothing short of gratitude. For us, it is a refresh of our commitment to the vision we hold dear. To be a one-stop center for world missions and societal transformation. Standing tall at the threshold of another great start, we invite you to be a part of the newness we can’t seem to get over. Barely a few years ago, we were running one single service although with as much gusto as if it were multiple services. Once again, our doors are open for a fourth service. We are indeed a blessed church, a family. The newness of the year came with the explicit words “Our year of quantum leap.” This is barely a scratch on the surface of things to come. We keep growing and we keep leaping. What can we say? It’s been a great year so far.See you on
